Who owns my Google Business Profile?
You keep primary ownership. Viking can be added as a manager for the agreed work. You should not need to hand over ownership to use this service.
Is Google Business Profile free?
Yes. Google Business Profile itself is free. Any fee from Viking covers our setup, optimization or other agreed support, rather than payment to Google for a profile or better ranking.
Can you guarantee verification?
No. Google sets verification requirements and makes the decision. We help you understand the steps and information needed, without promising an outcome or a fixed verification time.
Can I use a profile without a website?
A website is not the only way to give customers a contact or booking path. Your business must still meet Google's eligibility requirements. We review your situation before recommending profile setup.
Does optimization include ongoing management?
Only when that support is agreed. Setup and optimization can be a focused project. Updates, posts, review responses and continuing management should be described separately if they are included.
Is this the same as Google My Business?
Google Business Profile is the current name for the service previously called Google My Business. We can review an existing profile as well as help with a new one.
