Information you provide
When you send an enquiry, request a visibility snapshot, or ask for a Google Check, we receive the details you enter. Depending on the form, this includes your name, business name, email address or phone number, website address, contact preference, and the message you share. Please avoid including passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information in these forms.
How enquiries are handled
We use the information to review and respond to your request and discuss or deliver the work you ask about. Submitting a form does not automatically subscribe you to a marketing list. Google Check lets you choose a preferred contact method; if you request contact by text, message and data rates may apply.
Forms are processed through Wix Forms and may create a contact record in Wix. Submission notifications are delivered to our business email inbox. Service providers process information needed for hosting, security, forms, email, and the work you request. If specialist support is needed for an agreed project, relevant details may be shared to carry out that work.
Essential website services
Wix hosts this website and provides its forms, content and security services. Those services may process technical information such as network addresses, browser information and service identifiers. Essential functionality remains available whether or not you allow optional analytics.
Optional analytics and your choices
On the live website, Google Analytics helps us understand which pages are useful and how visitors reach the site. Our analytics code loads only after you allow analytics. It measures page visits and form activity; we do not include your name, email address, phone number, business name or message contents in analytics events.
You can allow or reject analytics and revisit your choice through Cookie preferences in the footer. We store that preference in your browser for up to 180 days. Changing it to reject analytics stops further analytics loading and clears analytics cookies accessible to this website. Data already collected is not automatically removed by changing your preference. The development preview does not run production analytics.

Retention and requests
Enquiry and project records are retained as needed to handle the request, provide services and maintain business records. You can email us to ask about information you have provided, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop contacting you. We will consider the request and explain any records that need to be retained.
